My recent stay at Chiangkhan River Mountain Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us and were incredibly attentive to all our needs. The room we were upgraded to had a stunning view of the Mekong River, making our mornings truly magical as we sipped on our welcome drink. The spacious and beautifully decorated room, complete with mosquito protection, allowed us to enjoy the fresh mountain air without any disturbances.We were delighted by the on-site restaurant's wide selection of both Thai and international cuisines, offering delicious meals overlooking the serene river. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel extended to the garden area, where we could relax with leisure activities and unwind with a massage. The complimentary newspapers and coffee/tea in the common area were thoughtful touches that added to our overall experience.Exploring the area was made easy with the free use of bicycles provided by the hotel, allowing us to visit nearby attractions like the Kaeng Khud Khu Islet. The proximity to Wat Mahathat Chiang Khan Square and Wat Tha Khrok Monastery made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in the local culture. Each night, we returned to our air-conditioned room fitted with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.Chiangkhan River Mountain Resort provided us with a serene retreat amidst nature's beauty, attentive service, and a taste of authentic Thai hospitality.
